Hello, I’m Phoebe and I’m based in Brighton. I am a birth and postnatal doula offering holistic support throughout every stage of your journey. My approach weaves together practical care, emotional grounding, and embodied connection.

Hi I’m Anna, 

I live in Ringmer near Lewes with my husband, 3 sons, 2 dogs and some chickens. 

I am so delighted to be a Birth and Postnatal doula, it is a unique job that comes with a huge privilege of supporting and walking alongside families at an important time in their lives, through birth and early parenting.

I’m a birth and postnatal trauma informed doula, specialising in supporting neurodivergent families, drum healing for pregnancy and birth, and postpartum or trauma healing womb massage and wrapping ceremonies (closing the bones).

Roma has been a Birth and Postnatal Doula locally since 2010, and gave birth to all her babies at home, in Lewes and Southease. She is a Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator and a Body Ready Method Pro and teacher. 

Sami is a postnatal doula, trainer and inclusive play specialist.
