Laura McAdams

Hello! I'm Laura, a birth and postnatal doula.

I offer birth support, daytime and overnight postnatal support, and postnatal massage and ceremony.

I'm an in-person person. Experiencing life in an embodied way and supporting others to feel confident in their own skin has always been my passion and purpose. My first career was as a professional dancer, and now I love combining my understanding of physiology, stamina and attunement skills with a setting that keeps me closer to my family and community.

I believe in the power of our instincts and our bodies, and the impact of proper nurturance and informed decision-making. And I believe in the importance of good company! I support birth in a wide range of settings and celebrate families and love in all forms. ​
