I live in Ringmer near Lewes with my husband, 3 sons, 2 dogs and some chickens.
I am so delighted to be a Birth and Postnatal doula, it is a unique job that comes with a huge privilege of supporting and walking alongside families at an important time in their lives, through birth and early parenting.
Zoe Carletide
I’m a birth and postnatal trauma informed doula, specialising in supporting neurodivergent families, drum healing for pregnancy and birth, and postpartum or trauma healing womb massage and wrapping ceremonies (closing the bones).
Roma Hearsey
Roma has been a Birth and Postnatal Doula locally since 2010, and gave birth to all her babies at home, in Lewes and Southease. She is a Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator and a Body Ready Method Pro and teacher.

Mia is an ex NHS midwife turned Birth Keeper with over 17yrs experience.
She supports women outside of the system, offering bespoke packages of care for pregnancy, birth and postpartum, both in person and online.
