Hi, I’m Grace - a licensed acupuncturist and shiatsu therapist based in Lewes.
I have a particular interest in fertility, pregnancy and women’s health, and I’m passionate about supporting women through the different stages of their journey into motherhood. I offer treatments throughout pregnancy, in preparation for labour, and during postnatal recovery. Combining gentle acupuncture and shiatsu, I aim to support women with concerns such as pregnancy-related nausea, aches and pains, stress and tension, breech presentation, labour activation and postnatal fatigue.
My approach is tailored to each individual, offering a calm, nurturing space for you to relax, reconnect with your body and feel supported during this special time.
